GJS Partners is a family-owned business delivering residential, commercial and refurbishment projects across Oxfordshire and the South. Every project carries our name and our reputation, so we set the standard high and hold ourselves to it.
Our team brings more than fifty years of experience across construction, quantity surveying and estimating. Costs are accurate from the start, programmes are planned with care, and the finish is one we're proud of.

Gerry Gardiner
Gerry has spent more than three decades in senior construction roles, as Commercial, Construction and Managing Director, delivering everything from one-off private houses to developments of several hundred homes. That breadth means he knows what a good build looks like at every stage, and he sets the standard the rest of the team works to.
Shaun Gardiner
Shaun's eighteen years in construction include time with two of Oxfordshire's most respected builders, Symm & Co. and Benfield & Loxley, on buildings as demanding as Oxford colleges and fine country houses. He brings that same standard of care to every GJS Partners project, along with a sharp eye for keeping complex builds on budget.
Samantha Harwood
Sam makes sure the numbers behind every project are right. From the first estimate to the final account she tracks costs closely, prices any changes before work goes ahead, and keeps clients informed, so there are no surprises at the end.
Cindy Gardiner
Cindy looks after the people who make GJS Partners work: our clients, our team and the trades we rely on. She makes sure every client feels well looked after, from the first call to long after handover, and that everyone on site shares the same high standards.
